Resume. The introduction of checklists during anesthesia could affects the critical incidents incidence anesthesia.
 purpose study. Studying impact organizational technologies checklist «Safe Surgery» and equipment on frequency in Ukrainian hospitals anesthesiology.
 Materials methods. audit was conducted at Department Surgery, Anesthesiology Intensive Care Postgraduate Education Bogomolets NMU.
 Results. Critical occurred 150 (12,73%) cases control group 63 (5,95%)) intervention (OR 0.43 [0.32-0.59], p<0.0001).
 Conclusions. Being a method with consistently proven positive effect almost any surgical environment, is reliable way to implement modern safety standards. used by most anesthesiologists anesthesiology helped reduce number errors shortcomings manipulations.
